Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service :

  • Payment is required upfront before I start working on the commission. I take payments via paypal
  • No refunds will be given once the commission has been started, unless I fail to deliver the artwork within the agreed timeframe.
  • I reserve the right to refuse any commission for any reason.
  • I retain the right to use the commissioned artwork for promotional purposes. If you do not want me to use the artwork for promotional purposes, please let me know before commissioning.
  • I will deliver the commissioned artwork usually within a month (30 days) after receiving the payment.
  • I will send you a sketch for approval before finalizing the artwork. Once the sketch is approved, no major changes can be made.
  • The commissioned artwork will be delivered through email or a file sharing service.
  • You retain the rights to use the commissioned artwork for personal use. For commercial use, please contact me for a separate agreement.
  • Please credit me as the artist when using the commissioned artwork publicly.
  • If you want to edit or modify the commissioned artwork, please contact me for permission.
  • Please do not use my art for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Please do not use my art for AI training datasets nor NFTs.

  • Humans
  • Mechas / Robots
  • Extremely complex designs
